"I AM PROUD TO BE ME!"

It's June already and we've made it halfway through 2023, wow!! In light of it being Pride month, what better way to take pride in yourself, then through great fashion choices that scream, "I am proud to be me!"?

The thing I love about the month of pride is that it is also brings a new season down the pipeline, and summer allows us to be as colorful as we want to be. Bright and bold hues of all of our primary and secondary colors are always a big hit in this season. We need to make a statement because there is so much going on this month. We have Graduations, Graduation parties, Juneteenth, Father’s Day and first vacations of the summer to prepare for. Let's break out our colorful day clothes, night clothes, swimwear, and accessories to celebrate our self-pride. Clothing has the power to create conversations, and that's why fashion gets to be the vehicle in all of the major topics and issues that we face daily. Fashion plays a key role in how we express ourselves and is the recipe to showing a sense of pride inside and out. Chic, authenticity, diversity and comfort in one’s skin, are all contributing factors to the evolution of fashion and how we all express ourselves, no matter who we are and what we believe in.

We have control over how we choose to show up each day, and those choices determine how we want to be seen. How we want to be seen and the confidence shown along with it, makes the biggest difference in how we are perceived. So let's choose our fashion wisely and always with a sense of self pride at the helm.
